Inside our production line
Every Daben kit passes through five precision stages under one roof — from pattern development and fabric sourcing to sublimation printing, stitching and global dispatch. No subcontractors. No shortcuts.
Five stations. One facility. Zero outsourcing.
Scroll through each stage of our manufacturing process to see how raw fibre becomes a match-day kit.
Design & Pattern Development
Our in-house design team converts your crest, colourways and sponsor artwork into production-ready tech packs. Every panel is mapped for sublimation alignment, seam placement and stretch direction before a single metre is cut.
Material Sourcing
We select and test every textile in-house — moisture-wicking polyesters, breathable meshes and durable rip-stops. Each batch is checked for colourfastness, shrinkage and abrasion resistance before it enters the cutting room.
Cutting & Sublimation
Automated cutting tables slice panels to 0.5 mm accuracy while industrial dye-sub printers bake your artwork directly into the fibre. The result is colour that never cracks, peels or fades — wash after wash, season after season.
Stitching & Quality Control
Flatlock and overlock stitching lines assemble every jersey, short and sock. A dedicated QC checkpoint inspects seam strength, print registration and sizing accuracy — any unit that fails is pulled and remade immediately.
Pack & Global Delivery
Finished kits are folded, poly-bagged, barcode-tagged and palletised for air or sea freight. We handle customs documentation and tracked delivery to clubs, academies and brands in over 38 countries — door to door.
